Temporary Administrator

Reed is delighted to be recruiting exclusively for Administrator to support our client within their Building Control team. This role involves meticulous data entry work, transferring information from spreadsheets to our CRM system. You will be an integral part of a small, dynamic team of three, ensuring data accuracy and efficiency.
Day-to-day of the role:
• Accurately transfer data from spreadsheets into the CRM system.
• Ensure all data is entered promptly and correctly to maintain the integrity of the database.
• Work collaboratively with the Building Control team to address any discrepancies in data.
• Assist the team with administrative tasks as needed to support project completion.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
• Proven experience in data entry or a similar administrative role.
• Familiarity with CRM systems and proficient in Microsoft Excel.
• High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
• Ability to work effectively within a team.
• Good organisational skills and the ability to meet deadlines.
